These are sterling silver plated, as specified in the description. I think they are great - very detailed reproductions of the old NYC subway tokens that the MTA used before the cards.

These cufflinks may have been sterling silver color but they are not sterling silver. Though they look nice, the false advertising was a bit annoying.
